ONLINE PURCHASE POLICY: we are happy to exchange or refund any part of your online order that you are not satisfied with.

 

SALE ITEMS: can be exchanged, however we are not able to process a refund.

 

SELECTING IN PERSON POLICY: for all purchases selected and collected in person, please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for a change of mind, however are happy to offer an exchange or credit note.

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Free Shipping on all orders over $250 within New Zealand. For orders under $250, a $15 Shipping + Handling fee will apply. We cannot ship to a PO Box address.

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

For international orders, $55 will be charged to your order for shipping which covers parcels upto 3kg. If your parcel weighs more than 3kg, we may contact you to arrange additional payment.
